• Organisational Network Analysis

  This client provides application and business process services to help their customers reduce costs, enhance organisational flexibility, and improve their business performance.  They have observed a growing convergence between application and business process services.  By offering both services and addressing them holistically, they are able to deliver rapid and compelling business value to clients.

   

  In late 2016, they launched a transformation initiative, the focus of which, is to implement an entirely new operational model, moving from a branch- and regional-centric organization to a matrix structure that is client centric with globally integrated business lines and vertical practices that work in conjunction with a regionally-based sales organisation. T he expectation is that this will increase flexibility and scalability, eliminate redundancy and excess costs, and improve career opportunities.

   

  The client engaged Mabledon to complete an Organizational Network Analysis (ONA)to create a baseline of current ability to work across boundaries as well as provide a guide for future change initiatives.
